- 1 leek
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/4 red pepper or pimento
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1 broccoli
- 1 Rice Yamani Cup
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 light tablespoons grated cheese
- 1 egg and 2 clear
- For the cake dough and use a light vegetable spray
Cook carrots and broccoli and whole book.
Then chop the leek, the onion, red pepper and saute with vegetable oil, Reserve.
